the location is super good for all the nearby restaurants and bars! breakfast was top notch, with both buffet and a la carte options. the infinity pool is where it’s at, the royal level one has great views. staff were friendly and helpful, and the variety of food was decent too.

the check-in process took way too long, and the room cleaning was often really late. also, some bars felt understaffed which lead to long waits.

Room service has a hefty minimum order of 25 euros with limited options, and sometimes the food arrives cold. there’s a recurring unpleasant sewage smell filling the room and corridors, making for an uncomfortable environment at times. Some basic amenities, like tea and coffee, were not consistently replenished.

The Magical Restaurant served incredible meals with fresh, flavorful options, showcasing the chefs' talents. The room was spacious and well-maintained, enhancing my comfort during the stay. some service timings could be improved, especially during busier hours.

Deluxe Junior Suite was comfortable, with great sea views and two large balconies. The evening entertainment included live music but the check-in took forever. Staff friendliness was a highlight but bar service should be quicker during busy hours.
